How do you remember to do your monthly breast exam?
I am 41 and a breast cancer survivor. I am interested in how other woman, with and without cancer, remember to perform their monthly self-breast exam.

I do my exam in the shower right after my monthly cycle has ended. I always use that as my reminder.

Hi Reg,
I do breast exams every month in the shower. It doesn't take long.
